I use watson as a CMD tool for tracking time. watson is a Python app. Below you can find a reference of the commands I use to manage my work time with watson. I use this utility on Linux (Oracle Entreprise Linux) and macOS.
Record Work Sessions
Add time to a project with tag(s) that was not tracked live
$ watson add --from "2018-03-20 12:00:00" --to "2018-03-20 13:00:00" programming +addfeatureRestart another session on same project and tag
restart another session with the same project and tags as the last one:
watson restart
